1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through PayPal and Stripe. Both methods allow you to pay with your preferred credit or debit card, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction experience.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our typical shipping time is between 7 to 15 business days after your order is processed. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays from the shipping carrier.

3. How much does shipping cost?

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping within the US.

  • Flat Rate: Orders under $199 are subject to a flat $7.99 shipping fee.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order with the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

6. What happens if my item is damaged or lost in transit?

If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will assist you in resolving the issue, including offering a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes. However, we will do our best to accommodate any requests before the order leaves our warehouse.

9. What is your refund policy?

Once we receive your returned item, we process your refund within 2-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Yes, we charge a 5% sales tax on orders within the United States. The tax will be automatically applied during checkout.

11. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we are unable to cancel the order as it may have already been processed or shipped. However, you can return the item for a refund once it arrives.

12. Do you offer gift cards?
