All orders are processed during our standard business hours, which are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after they are placed. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, and you will be notified as soon as your item is ready to be shipped.
Please note: Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or after our business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We ship all orders with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is between 7 to 15 business days. This time frame includes both processing and shipping time. Delivery estimates are calculated from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and any potential delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: Orders over $199 qualify for free shipping within the US.

Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $199 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99.

To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your embroidered apparel, we use reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress directly with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). 6. Shipping Areas
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to process orders or offer delivery to international locations at this time.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on their size or other factors. If your order falls into this category, we will notify you promptly. Additionally, please be aware that embroidery materials may require special handling or shipping restrictions due to size or content.
8. Taxes and Duties
Sales tax will be charged at a rate of 5% for all orders within the United States. This tax will be automatically applied during the checkout process.
Please note: If there are any customs fees, duties, or other taxes for international orders (should we offer international shipping in the future), those would be the responsibility of the buyer.
9. Delivery Problems
In the rare event that there is an issue with your delivery, such as delayed arrival, wrong delivery, or a lost package, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, if a package is lost in transit or delivered incorrectly, we strongly advise that you file a claim with the carrier directly. We are here to guide you through the process if needed.
10. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will assist you in resolving the issue, including providing you with an option for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

We strive to keep our shipping process simple and transparent. There are no handling fees for orders shipped within the United States. The only charges applied are the shipping fees as outlined in section 3 above.
12. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

All original tags and packaging should still be attached to the product.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address. However, we will do our best to accommodate changes before the order leaves our facility.

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but we can assist with returns once you receive the package.
