1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange any item purchased from mevshero within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Embroidered apparel should be in its original unworn and unwashed condition.

All tags, labels, and protective coverings must still be attached to the product.
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address.

Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

Return Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number with your package.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags still attached.

Customized items, including those with personalized embroidery, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee refunds for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

7. Exchange Policy
