Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window for most items, giving you ample time to decide if your purchase is right for you. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Package the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Make sure to include the RA number and any other necessary documentation.

Return Conditions

For an item to qualify for a return, it must meet the following conditions:

Be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories still intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for 10% of the return shipping cost, unless the item was damaged or defective. In the event that the product is broken, faulty, or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we confirm the issue, we will guide you through the process and cover the cost of return shipping.

If the item is returned due to buyer’s remorse (not because it’s defective or damaged), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note: Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
