Order Processing Time
We take great care in preparing each order and aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Our order processing time is typically 2 to 4 business days, from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time (CT). Please note that orders are processed only during business days, so any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure that your order is processed on the same day, please place your order before our cut-off time of 06:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, we will ship it to the address you provided. We aim for delivery to take between 7 to 15 business days from the time your order is shipped, depending on the shipping method and delivery area.

Currently, TrendyApparell only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, we’re continually working to expand our service areas, and we hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Orders Over $199: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $199. No extra shipping fees will be applied at checkout.
- Orders Under $199: For orders under $199, a $7.99 shipping fee will be added at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window for most items, giving you ample time to decide if your purchase is right for you. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order, indicating your intent to return or exchange the item. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Package the Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Make sure to include the RA number and any other necessary documentation.

Return Conditions
For an item to qualify for a return, it must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories still intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received defective or damaged.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for 10% of the return shipping cost, unless the item was damaged or defective. In the event that the product is broken, faulty, or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we confirm the issue, we will guide you through the process and cover the cost of return shipping.
If the item is returned due to buyer’s remorse (not because it’s defective or damaged), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note: Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
