1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days (Monday to Friday) from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, including all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required to initiate any return or exchange.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@trendyapparell.com with your order details, reason for return/exchange, and any supporting photos if relevant (e.g., damaged item).

  2. Ship Your Return: Once your return or exchange is approved, please send your item(s) to the address below. Use a trackable shipping service (see Section 5) and include your order information inside the package.

3. Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Original Packaging and Tags: Product tags and labels should still be attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.

If the item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: In most cases, you (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Orders: If you received a defective or incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

To ensure a smooth return process, please use a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for any items lost in transit during return or exchange shipping. We recommend retaining proof of postage and tracking information until your refund or exchange is fully processed.

  • Custom or Personalized Embroidery: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom or personalized embroidered products, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Final Sale Items: Any product marked as a “final sale” may not be eligible for return, unless it arrives damaged or is incorrect.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Provide Evidence: Include clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

  3. Resolution: We will evaluate the evidence and, if approved, cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement/exchange at no additional charge.

9. Exchange Policy

  • Size or Color Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, contact us within the 30-day window. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the replacement if available.

  • Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • Availability: If the requested size or color is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or the option to choose another item.
