  • Processing Window: We process orders within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time).

  • Exclusions: Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

  • Start of Processing: For orders placed before 6:00 PM PT, processing begins on the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Any order received after 6:00 PM PT will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery Timeframe: Once your order ships, it typically arrives within 7–15 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Orders Over $199: Free shipping

  • Orders Under $199: Flat rate $7.99

These rates apply per order, regardless of order size or weight.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Our system automatically selects the carrier offering the best route and delivery time for your location.

6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment’s progress.

7. How Shipping Fees Are Calculated

We use a flat rate structure, which means the cost is based solely on your order total:

  • Over $199: Free

  • Under $199: $7.99

Distance, weight, or order size does not affect the rate.

8. Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the continental United States.

  • No P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. Territories: We do not ship to these addresses at this time.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • No International Shipping: We do not offer international deliveries.

  • No Delivery to Military Bases or Freight Forwarding Addresses: Orders with these addresses will be canceled or held for address clarification.

10. Changing the Shipping Address

  • Timeframe: You may request a shipping address change within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing contact@trendyapparell.com.

  • Not Guaranteed: If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee an address change.

11. Sales Tax
